Now this may sound like a silly question, but the truth is that chewing a piece of gum when you feel hungry can in fact stop the cravings and curb your appetite.  About the only stipulation should probably be that you choose a “sugar free” gum.  There’s no need to be eating all the sugar and calories that come from regular gum.  Like many other types of non-supplement types of appetite suppressants, carrying a pack of gum around for when the munchies set in will go a long way in helping to helping you feel satisfied and delay the desire to eat.

Try it for yourself.  It works great.  Especially if you’re out and about.
