There are literally hundreds of weight loss supplements that make some pretty amazing claims. You can pretty much group them into two distinct categories. Herbal Appetite Suppressants and Synthetic Appetite Suppressants. The obvious difference between the two is that the herbal products seek to work with your body to help you burn fat, improve your metabolism and reduce your appetite. The synthetic varieties do the same thing but they do it with brain altering chemicals that can have some pretty awful side effects.
Hoodia is by far one of the most effective herbal suppressants.
It’s actually derived from a South African succulent. The San Bushman who live in the Kalahari Desert call the plant sxhoba or xhooba. They have used it for centuries to help with idigestion, and when they would go on long hunts for food they would use it to help them not feel hungry or thirsty.
The scientific name for the succulent is Hoodia Gordonii. This is important because there are many different varieties of hoodia, but only Hoodia Gordoni is believed to contain the natural herbal appetite suppressant. Hoodia is not a drug but an actual herb.
Dieters who choose to use Hoodia Gordonii have reported tremendous results. In our own tests we found it to be very effective. It is safe for all people and has absolutely no side effects. Our only caveat is that you should drink plenty of water when taking Hoodia Gordoni as it not only supresses your appetite but your thirst also.
